- Works closely with senior managers within a division and the client to manage key initiatives, including supporting critical divisional and departmental cross-functional projects related to the client's strategic objectives, improving risk management, and ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of core processes, as well as positioning the client to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
- Leads department, division, or cross-functional teams of up to 10-20.
- Lead efforts to define the scope/approach for department initiatives.
- Direct and monitor resources.
- Responsible on an individual basis for directing complex, critical, and highly visible projects for the division.
- Provide analytical expertise to support initiatives that include planning, design and analysis of results, presenting content at various governance functions, development of comprehensive content and materials, analysis of complex data sets, or analysis/optimisation of data structures.
- Consider stakeholder perspectives, address objections, help develop solutions, and drive action.
- Interact with senior management (internal/external) to obtain pertinent information.
- Directly or indirectly manage staff.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that fosters a sense of belonging and reflects the client's brand.
- Maintain client internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, as well as addressing any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Candidates will be part of a large-scale transformation project, leading multiple teams to document business requirements and future-state process flows to guide the creation of test scripts for system implementation.
- Ideal candidates within the client footprint will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leading business requirements documentation for projects of a similar nature, with some prior Banking Servicing and Operations.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the business domain.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in leading documentation of business requirements, process flows, and test cases.
- Experience leading teams on large-scale projects (system migrations, business transformation).
- Experience with Loan Servicing operations and technology (AFSVision, LoanIQ, Fiserv).
