Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Elma, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• As the strategic sourcing professional, you will work closely with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies by utilizing
• online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other resources to identify potential candidates.
• Additionally, you will also use advanced search techniques and tools to find passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• Work closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Use advanced search techniques and tools to find passive candidates.
• Engage with potential candidates through email or social media messages.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics.
• Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that ongoing meetings occur with the global community of practice and meeting minutes are documented.
• Complete ad hoc assignments from the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Pay: $ 25.00 - $30.00 /hr

Hours: 20 hrs/week (1^ST shift)

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or strategic sourcing.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in conducting research, utilizing sourcing techniques, and engaging with potential candidates.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Applicant Sourcing.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in LinkedIn Recruiting.

Preferred Skills:

• Good research and analytical skills are essential for effectively identifying and attracting top talent.
• The ability to gather and analyze data, as well as make data driven recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with potential candidates and collaborating with recruiters.
• Able to effectively communicate job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to attract and engage candidates.
