The Internal Customer Sales Representative role is responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and will be involved on special projects that are instrumental to the success of the company. This is a sales/customer service position.

What the role offers:

  • Handle inbound calls, and emails from existing and prospective customers.
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs (security, backup, number of devices, storage requirements, etc.)
  • Explain product features in simple, consumer-friendly language
  • Guide customers through product options and pricing plans
  • Help with sign-up, or next steps in the buying process
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership on common customer questions and trends
  • Stay up-to-date on new consumer product releases and promotions
  • Be coachable and accountable
  • Meet annual sales targets for key inbound sales KPI's

What you need to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, phone sales, or retail sales
  • Patience and empathy when assisting non-technical customers and ensure a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, active listening and problem-solving mindset
  • A competitive attitude, and the ability to work with diverse personalities required
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Experience in subscription service/product sales a plus.
  • Note: This is a hybrid role - chose candidate must be in the Broomfield, CO office Tuesday - Thursday

Salary Range: $43,190 - $70,995; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
