The Production Scheduler located in Charlotte, NC will Manage short-term production scheduling for the Snacks division, ensuring optimal inventory coverage and high customer service levels while balancing plant constraints. Execute the Demand Driven Supply Network strategy and maintain compliance with key performance metrics. Responsibilities include: * Building and maintaining finite production schedules using Campbell's scheduling systems. * Collaborating with Supply Planning, Material Planning, Deployment Planning, and Plant Operations to resolve scheduling conflicts and exceptions. * Driving schedule optimization and plan compliance. * Supporting product lifecycle events such as new item launches, reformulations, and promotional activities. * Leading production meetings and supporting plant-level scheduling initiatives. Time Allocation* Finite Scheduling - 40% * Scheduling Optimization - 20% * Schedule Management - 30% * Product Lifecycle Management - 5% * Plant Integration/Support - 5% Who you will work with ...You'll work closely with a cross-functional team including: * Supply Planners * Capacity Planners * Deployment Planners * Material Planners * Plant Operations Teams * Logistics and Quality Personnel * Product Development Teams What you will bring to the table... (Must-Have)* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPG production scheduling or supply chain operations. * Expertise in SAP planning and scheduling tools, especially SAP APO and S4/HANA. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage conflicting goals and communicate effectively across functions. * Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Travel may vary depending on business needs: 5% minimum, up to 15% maximum. It would Be great if you have... (Nice-to-Have)* Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations or remote scheduling. * Familiarity with Demand Driven Supply Network strategies. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $62,200-$89,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
