Position Title: Die Cut Operator Wage: $21.00 - $24.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), Friday OT 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Are your skills not being fully utilized? Die Cut Operator Responsibilities: - Setting up and operating die cutting machines for production runs - Loading, stacking, and jogging paper or other materials into machinery - Performing make-ready and setup processes efficiently - Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality and productivity standards are met - Troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on equipment - Properly storing and caring for dies and related materials for re-runs - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace - Ensuring accuracy of product counts and adherence to customer specifications - Assisting with material handling, scrap disposal, and equipment cleaning - Following safety protocols and company procedures Requirements For Die Cut Operator: - Prior experience in operating die cut machinery preferred - Ability to read and interpret diagrams and instructions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Teamwork and communication skills - Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
