TITLE Senior Manager, College of Arts and Sciences Operations JOB SUMMARY Performs responsible work in managing the day-to-day operations and strategic projects of the College. This position requires a high level of initiative, judgment, and independent critical thinking in order to handle a variety of complex decisions and administrative responsibilities. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills. An individual in this position has the capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams and executives. Work is performed under moderate direction and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or extensive experience, depth of knowledge, and some college. EXPERIENCE A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in a senior level administrative assistant role or related capacity. REQUIREMENT Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
