The Program Manager provides an exceptionally high level of administrative support and oversight to a growing fellowship program within the MGH Division of Palliative Care & Geriatric Medicine. With overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations, compliance and scheduling of the Fellowship Programs and Continuing Medical Education events, the Program Manager must be a highly resourceful, detail-oriented professional, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues related to an ACGME fellowship program. Additionally, the Program Manager must be a highly skilled communicator, comfortable with being the lead administrative liaison for a multi-faceted, multi-institutional fellowship program. The Program Manager is an integral member of the Division's leadership team and is engaged in ongoing programmatic development initiatives that ensure that the Division's educational programming maintain status as an internationally recognized leader in training Palliative Care & Geriatric Medicine clinicians.

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Program Coordination/Management Experience 2-3 years required

Experience with ACGME programs strongly preferred

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with medical professionals, faculty, and staff at all levels.
