Overview:
At the Harvey Cushing Neuro-Oncology Laboratories (HCNL) at Brigham and Women's Hospital, our research is focused on developmental immunotherapy with tumor-permissive oncolytic viruses and tumor immune mechanisms governing high immune tolerance and resistance in brains with tumors. We use advanced DNA manipulation and animal models in conjunction with the latest molecular and immunological tools in our investigation of brain tumors and immunity. We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Research Lab Technician to perform wet and dry-lab research, under the supervision of Dr. Alexander Ling (PhD) and Dr. E. Antonio Chiocca (MD, PhD). Responsibilities: Good laboratory practices, well organized in planning and performing lab work, and maintaining procedure records and notebooks are necessary.
