Instructional Designer - Remote This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote contract role located in the continental U.S. Summary We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging, effective learning content and digital training solutions. This role will focus primarily on design and development, supporting learning initiatives across client services teams. You'll collaborate closely with project leads and subject matter experts to create impactful materials that align with business goals and enhance the learner experience. Our Ideal Candidate 4-6 years of experience in instructional design or learning development Passion for creating effective, learner-centered content with a strong foundation in adult learning theory and instructional methodologies (ADDIE model) Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite Familiar with SharePoint Online for document management and collaboration Skilled in developing content across multiple modalities, including ILT/VILT, eLearning, self-paced, and virtual classroom formats Experienced in video production and editing for training materials Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus: Experience with Adobe Captivate, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, NovoEd, and assessment/test design Job Description: In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging training programs and eLearning content that support organizational learning goals. You'll partner with project leads and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, design effective solutions, and develop high-quality instructional materials using various platforms and tools. You will also evaluate and enhance existing learning content, contribute to process improvements, and maintain up-to-date learning resources to support the ongoing success of the training team. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Background in learning experience design, multimedia development, or adult education ADDIE model experience required; knowledge of additional instructional design frameworks is a plus Additional Requirements This opportunity is fully remote and open to candidates located within the continental U.S. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $43.00 - $49.64 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k), depending on hours worked and length of service.
