The Opportunity The Humanities Scholars Program (HSP) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support key academic and administrative operations. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with faculty, students, and campus partners in a vibrant academic environment. Reporting to the Program Manager and Faculty Director, the Program Coordinator plays a central role in the success of the HSP. The Program Coordinator manages the undergraduate application and admissions process, administers research and internship funding, and supports the annual search for postdoctoral associates who contribute to the program's teaching and mentorship mission. This is a part-time (35 hours/week, 10 months/year (August - May)) endowed position that is based in Ithaca, NY and fully on-site. The specific 35 hours will be mutually agreed upon and may vary to accommodate evening or weekend events. About the Humanities Scholars Program The Humanities Scholars Program (HSP), an undergraduate program in the College of Arts & Sciences, supports an interdisciplinary undergraduate humanities research community through programming, curated coursework, career development, faculty and postdoctoral associate research mentorship, research funds, and summer internship stipends.
