JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The CCBHC Linkage and Engagement Provider is primarily responsible for connecting clients, families, and community partners to essential resources. This role includes providing emergency mental health consultations and ensuring follow-up appointments are made when clinically appropriate. The position requires active participation in cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives, with a focus on making informed decisions that enhance client care. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field, or Bachelor's Degree with MHP Status. Years of Experience Experience working with the public or a demonstrated interest to work with different population. Certification/Licensure Position requires valid driver's license and safe driving record. CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
