Quickbase Developer Location: Upland, CA City Light & Power (CLP) is a company at the forefront of the modern-day electric utility industry. We are a Subcontractor for a major utility provider, Southern California Edison (SCE). We're seeking a Quickbase Developer to join our team of Professionals at our Upland location. The Quickbase Developer will design, build, and maintain custom low-code applications on the Quickbase platform to streamline business processes, automate tasks, and integrate with other systems. This role will handle the Quickbase integration with the SCE system. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
- Design, build, and enhance custom low-code applications within the Quickbase platform, focusing on functionality, scalability, and user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, understand business rules, and translate them into actionable application features.
- Configuration & Customization:
- Configure Quickbase features, customize workflows, build reports, and implement data models to meet specific business needs.
- Integration:
- Integrate Quickbase applications with other systems using APIs and webhooks to automate data feeds and streamline processes.
- User Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of applications.
- Process Improvement:
- Act as a subject matter expert, identifying opportunities to automate manual work and improve existing business processes.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, configurations, and integrations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Five (5) years or equivalent experience working with Southern California Edison Distribution
- Familiar with Click Schedule process
- FMP360 reporting
- Weekly customer deliverables - per SCE standard
- Proficiency in designing and developing custom applications using the Quickbase platform required.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development principles and best practices required.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, tables, and relationships required.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages for data integration required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within team environment required
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
- You must be able to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
- Military Base Security Clearance may be required for this position.
- Valid driver's license with a record that meets the CLP Fleet Policy.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $130,000-$155,000/year based on experience.
