GLAUKOS - MANAGER, FINANCE

How will you make an impact?

The Manager, Finance plays a critical role within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for financial modeling, planning, and reporting, while driving continuous improvement through system implementations and process optimization initiatives.

What will you do?

• Partner with business leaders across Operations, R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Lead Adaptive Insights implementation and other system enhancement projects to strengthen financial planning and reporting capabilities.
• Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic business decisions.
• Support business case development for new initiatives, product launches, and capital investments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across financial operations.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence within the Finance organization.

How will you get here?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A; experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
