Job SummaryIn conjunction with the Sub-Acute Manager plans, organizes and coordinates resident care on Sub-Acute Unit ensuring quality care is provided. Responsible documentation reviews and audits to promote continuous quality improvement. Ensures nursing practice is consistent with scope, regulatory requirements and policies and procedures. Coordinates nursing care and fosters cooperation between staff, shifts and departments. This position assists the charge nurse with daily operation of the respective units. Essential Functions
