In this role, you will support the innovative adoption of streamlined digital workflows, reporting advancements, project controls, and planning for PMIS/digital tool integrations. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals-delivering solutions that drive efficiency, data transparency, and innovation across the project lifecycle.

This role will also support initiatives involving the introduction of emerging technologies to enhance project delivery for major infrastructure and transportation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation efforts by developing proof-of-concept solutions, shaping reporting/dashboard strategies, and facilitating workshops to assess client digital maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Apply expertise in PMIS/CM tools, analytics platforms, and engineering workflows to configure and implement integrated solutions.

  • Coordinate the deployment of out-of-box and custom digital solutions, including web applications and data validation tools.

  • Drive adoption of industry-standard tools and strategies involving platforms such as Power BI, Lucid, SharePoint, QuickBase, and other cloud-based PM/CM tools.

  • Collaborate with digital product experts, analysts, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions with measurable impact.

  • Share expertise on modernized engineering, construction, and project delivery processes to promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

  • Monitor industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of forward-looking digital strategies.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to champion digital innovation and enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital consulting, technology project support, data analytics, integration solutions, or digital strategy development.

  • Experience managing digital solutions for commercial, transportation, or infrastructure projects.

  • Knowledge of project management tools, cloud-based digital solutions, and data automation platforms.

  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders in complex environments.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements, workshops, and project delivery needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI integration, predictive analytics, or emerging digital tools.

  • Familiarity supporting transportation or right-of-way digital projects.

  • Exposure to national practices or client-focused consulting projects.
