This includes Separation Operator, RO Milk Operator, Membrane Operator, Batching Operator, VTIS Operator and CIP Operator. responsibilities: Operate the Tetra Almix and batching systems in the processing area in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP's. This includes recipe selection and target quantity for the batch. The batching operator will also be responsible for taking samples to the lab for testing and final batch calculation. Operator will be required to lift and dump 50 lb bags. Monitoring and maintaining process controls of heat exchangers process variables and documenting accurate recordings of process parameters while in operation. Cleaning the processing equipment which includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place (CIP) and clean out of place (COP) operations on a daily basis.
