Inside Sales Associate
Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or surrounding areas.
The Inside Sales Associate improves business and operating results by working in partnerships with Cassling Account Executives (AE) and Service Sales Executives (SSE) to create qualified leads that convert to pipeline and provide sales support to the AE and SSE throughout the sales cycle. This role plays a critical part in the consultative sales process, impacting Cassling's Key Results.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) that convert to pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) targeted at non-hospital customers, such as ambulatory surgery centers and imaging centers.
- Throughout the SQL process, consult with customers to identify their needs to identify product and service opportunities.
- Effectively use CRM system and other tools to plan calls to potential customers within a designated region, record activities, and schedule appropriate follow-up tasks.
- Meeting daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics, provide AEs and SSEs with SQLs and assist AEs and SSEs in meeting their sales quota. Conduct client research, compile product communication materials, and leverage the internal network of support to support the AEs and SSEs throughout the sales process.
- Track insights on customer needs, monitor customer trends, and proactively contribute to territory planning. Communicate on a scheduled cadence with AEs and SSEs to strengthen the sales process.
- Stay informed and educated with the product line and service information.
- Required to maintain a DMV (motor vehicle) record as described in the company's Fleet policy.
- Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy and adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunization, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited Joint Commission policy.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate
- Education: BS/BA in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior sales experience in the Medical Imaging/Technology space preferred.
- Experience: Prior successful experience conducting inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and social media campaigns. Minimum of 6-12 months experience sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
- Resilient demeanor with the ability to take coaching and apply lessons learned.
- With an accountable attitude, be able to give and receive feedback to drive personal and team performance.
- Ability to communicate and ask the right questions to determine the values and needs of customers.
- Professionally developed sales skills, both written and oral, with a desire to advance in the sales field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on projects and leads.
- Outstanding planning and presentation skills.
- Strong team player with a focus on team and company success.
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office Suite skillset.
