Team Lead Assembler

• Coordinate daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Identify and resolve material or capacity constraints, ensuring accurate ERP transactions and BOM usage.
• Lead production meetings, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support workforce training, coaching, and performance reviews to build team capability.
• Partner with engineering on prototypes, new product development, and process enhancements.

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience with proven project leadership; 1-3 years' experience with PCB soldering and conformal coating processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software (Mapics a plus).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
