This Position reports to:

Warehouse Manager

Onsite, Byhalia, MS

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct daily warehouse operationswith a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping, ensuring associates are aligned and tasks are executed efficiently.

  • Maintain operational complianceby performing process audits, monitoring system workflows, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external customers.

  • Drive performance and engagementthrough hands-on floor presence, real-time associate direction, and participation in pre-shift meetings to align on goals and staffing.

  • Support team developmentby providing feedback on associate performance, behavior, and attendance, while upholding safety standards and completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Experience & Education: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior leadership experience and WMS knowledge preferred.

  • Technical & Physical Requirements: Proficient in basic computer skills, warehouse systems, and power industrial equipment; able to lift up to 40 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.

  • Professionalism & Flexibility: Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates attention to detail, and is flexible to work different shifts or overtime with minimal notice.
