Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure (Hybrid Environment) while leading and mentoring a team of engineers. Ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of email services, Exchange servers, and Merger and Acquisition migrations while making continuous process improvements. What you will be do
  • Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Implement and manage email security policies, including spam filtering and data loss prevention
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Exchange environment
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery tests
  • Manage and maintain Exchange Online and hybrid environments
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange with other systems and applications
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Run DNS migrations for Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Support Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture and Spin-off projects
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to Exchange Online and related services
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing guidance and training
  • Develop and implement strategies for team growth and skill enhancement
  • Ensure team adherence to best practices and industry standards
Minimum Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or 12 years of education and work experience
  • 8 years of Professional Experience
  • Ecolab experience
  • Proven experience as an Exchange Administrator or similar role
  • 5 years of experience of Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server or Office 365 certifications
  • Experience with Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
  • Knowledge of network protocols and email security standards (SMTP, POP3, and IMAP)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and related technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Leadership qualities and ability to train and mentor junior engineers
  • Proven experience managing a multi-forest, global Exchange environment
  • Experience managing and supporting users daily

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
