The Team Lead, Sales Support is responsible for leading and training a team of sales support teammates tasked with identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. The scope of this job includes optimizing outreach processes, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the team to ensure efficient execution of sales support activities, including order processing, lead generation, contract management, sales reporting, and CRM administration.
  • Manage lead generation data and metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and understand opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor accuracy and timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and other documentation while adhering to WellSky policies and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for prospecting and qualifying leads; train and guide team on new processes.
  • Regularly monitor performance against targets and provide feedback and support.
  • Update team members about solution updates, sales promotions, and other relevant market information to support their work.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
