The Team Support Specialist II plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical skilled care and personal assistance in a homecare setting. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative, scheduling, and operational support. The Team Support Specialist II serves as a frontline representative, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while handling phone inquiries. With a comprehensive understanding of operations spanning various departments, they possess the expertise to effectively triage incoming calls, resolve issues promptly, and determine the most suitable course of action. They also exhibit the ability to identify situations that require escalation to management, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining optimal workflow efficiency. In addition to their support function, the Team Support Specialist II collaborates with departmental leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. They exhibit strong organizational skills, maintaining cost-effective daily operations and offering innovative solutions to improve staff productivity within the allocated budget. This role also includes the responsibility of maintaining office and patient supplies, including placing orders for inventory replenishment. Salary Range: Minimum 17.29/hour - Maximum 28.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
