Are you ready to take the wheel and lead a team that ensures every vehicle gets the spotlight it deserves? As our Inspections Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader for a crew of inspectors and check-in staff, making sure every condition report is top-notch and every client expectation is met with precision and pride.

What You'll Be Driving:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise inspectors and check-in staff, coordinate schedules, and keep operations humming in sync with client SLAs and auction timelines.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the creation of high-quality condition reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
  • Training & Development: Plan and execute skill-based training, including the Inspector Certification Program, with support from national trainers.
  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations, monitor attendance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to help your team shine.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work directly with client reps to tailor inspections to their needs and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
  • Safety First: Champion a culture of safety by modeling best practices and collaborating with the Market Safety Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
  • Requires strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization


Preferred

  • Degree in related discipline strongly desired
  • Experience in auction industry desired


USD 65,100.00 - 97,700.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,100.00 - $97,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
