Reports To: Vice President of Dealer & Channel Partnerships Position Summary Teknion, a leader in innovative workplace solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Dealer Growth and Strategy, to join our team. This pivotal role will work in close collaboration with the VP of Dealer & Channel Partnerships to drive strategic growth within our mid-size dealer segment. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Partner with the VP of Dealer & Channel Partnerships to formulate and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at accelerating growth and enhancing performance within our portfolio of mid-size growth dealers.
- New Dealer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new mid-size dealers, ensuring smooth and effective integration into the Teknion dealer network. This includes providing comprehensive training, resources, and initial support to set new partners up for success.
- Program Development: Design, develop, and launch innovative programs and initiatives specifically tailored to meet the unique needs and foster the success of mid-size dealers. This includes identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, profitability, and market penetration.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the leadership teams of our mid-size growth dealers. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance and support.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of mid-size dealers against established goals. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Operational Efficiencies: Identify and implement best practices and efficiencies within the dealer development process, ensuring seamless support and resource allocation for mid-size dealers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Teknion teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and supportive experience for our dealer partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and dealer best practices to inform strategic decision-making and program development
- Prompt, reliable and regular attendance.

Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience working directly with and supporting contract furniture dealers.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing business and achieving measurable results with contract furniture dealers.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute complex strategies, identifying key opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Program Management: Experience in designing, implementing, and managing successful dealer programs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive for results and a commitment to achieving goals.
Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed to meet with dealer partners and attend industry events.
