We have an upcoming project that will be short term development of Proof of Concept, and when successful, will bring opportunity for long term. We need a talented developer who can lead React Native development for iOS and Android applications, ensuring high-quality mobile healthcare applications with offline-first capabilities and biometric security. - Lead React Native development team and establish mobile development best practices
- Architect mobile application structure and component libraries for healthcare workflows
- Implement biometric authentication and mobile security features
- Develop offline-first functionality with intelligent data synchronization
- Ensure mobile accessibility compliance and inclusive design implementation
- Lead mobile performance optimization and memory management initiatives
- Coordinate with backend teams for API integration and data management
- Manage mobile app store deployment and release management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mobile Development, or related field
- 8+ years of mobile development experience with 4+ years in React Native
- Deep expertise in iOS and Android development ecosystems
- Experience with mobile healthcare applications and HIPAA compliance
- Strong background in mobile security, biometric authentication, and data encryption
- Knowledge of mobile accessibility standards and assistive technologies
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and mobile development tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare mobile applications and medical device integration
- Background in offline-first mobile architectures and data synchronization
- Knowledge of FHIR mobile implementations and healthcare interoperability
- Experience with mobile performance optimization and battery life management

Salary Description
$135,000 - $155,000 Annually
