Hours & Pay:

Day Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Night Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Must be flexible for occasional 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM coverage

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Support daily production operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility
• Safely operate and maneuver forklifts (sit-down or stand-up reach) as needed
• Handle materials and components with care to maintain production quality
• Perform lifting, bending, and stooping tasks throughout your shift (up to 50 lbs.)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and production goals are met

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for 8-10 hours per shift
• Flexibility to train for the first week in Casa Grande, AZ (approx. 1 hour away)
• Must be open to working additional hours, including weekends, as needed
