MUST:
Experiences Technical Business Analyst
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI
5+ years of experience in IT analytics focus on System Analytics
Experience working in government IT services or other complex, regulated environments
Proficient in analyzing and designing systems for automation, optimization, and software lifecycle management
Familiarity with various IT specialties, including software development methodologies, system optimization, risk management, and automation
Solid understanding of information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, and communications protocols
Practical experience in implementation of IT policies, controls and protections
Basic understanding of both Security Authorization and Assessment (SA&A) and Privacy Risk Assessment (PRA) processes is a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients, senior leadership and peers alike
High attention to details and solid documentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Current IAM Level I cert : CAP, Security +ce is desired
Bachelor's Degree IT, Computer Science, Information Science or related field
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will use their experience and knowledge of business and technology issues related to management to help provide support for enterprise information assets and the approaches for date protection across client programs
Work with senior Analyst and Architects to evaluate and analyze system improvements, optimization efforts, and system development/maintenance requirements
Support the design, integration, and evaluation of systems for new and legacy technologies
Review current systems in place against new systems to help identify areas for improvement both in functionality and security
Assist in recommendations across several specialized areas including: Information systems architecture, Networking and telecommunications, Automation and communications protocols, Risk management/electronic analysis, Software lifecycle management, Software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation
Participate in meetings and technical discussions to ensure all business requirements and system goals are met effectively
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements, system enhancements, and new technology implementation
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IT, technology trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve system designs and processes
Actively participate in client discussions, meetings, and business development opportunities
