ResponsibilitiesHelps to manage the team's rhythm of business (ROB), attends key meetings, ensures timely response to action items, fields and gathers information about engagement asks, and executes programmatic initiatives.Within minimal guidance, you'll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and work with others to define program impact and create project plans.With guidance, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery. You'll also support and contribute to the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.You will contribute to the definition and execution of a landing the team's communication plan. You'll also work with others to promote the programs and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.As you oversee a portfolio of projects, you'll receive minimal guidance collaborating with others working across teams to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.Builds working relationships with stakeholders and business partners at scale for the business.Embody our Culture and Values | |
