Hours & Pay

• $25-$50/hr (based on experience and skills)
• Various shifts available - flexibility required

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to minimize downtime and boost reliability
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS tools
• Quickly respond to urgent repair needs and suggest improvements
• Maintain HVAC, dust collectors, air compressors, and other key facility systems
• Handle general building upkeep such as drywall, painting, and infrastructure repairs
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Follow cGMP standards and safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment
• Help develop and update SOPs and maintenance plans to improve processes

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing (required)
• Experience with facility systems and equipment reliability (preferred)
• Skilled at troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Experience with PLCs and CMMS is a plus
