Pay: $20.00-$30.00/hr (Depending on experience.) 1st Shift \| Monday-Friday \| 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What You'll Do: Independently set up CNC machines and achieve first article approvals Read blueprints and job specs to determine tooling, speeds, feeds, and setups Operate machines from setup through completion with a focus on quality Perform in-process inspections and maintain accurate documentation Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce variation Enter production data and report performance to supervisors Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area What You Bring: High school diploma or GED 1+ years of CNC machining experience (MasterCam experience required) Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (indicators, gauges, etc.) Strong understanding of offsets, tool clearance, and work holding Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a loud environment Open to occasional overtime and weekend work Why You'll Love It Here: Competitive pay with weekly paychecks Steady 1st shift hours and a clean, team-oriented shop Temp-to-hire with career advancement opportunities Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), short-term disability, employee discounts, and referral bonuses Ready to Machine Your Future?
