Production Manager

Staffmark is hiring a Production Manager for a well-established manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a direct-hire leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong manufacturing experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Flexibility required)

Pay Range: $97,000 - $125,000/year, depending on experience

As Production Manager, you'll lead two high-speed production lines in a 24/7 operation, overseeing safety, quality, and performance. With 8 direct reports and 200+ employees, this role requires strong floor presence and data-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Analyze metrics and drive corrective actions for performance improvement
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline staff
• Manage schedules, track KPIs, and ensure cross-department coordination
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Support hiring, training, and team development

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years as a Production Supervisor in a high-speed manufacturing setting
• Experience with bulk materials (e.g., asphalt, aggregates)
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Technically savvy with solid computer, data, and machinery knowledge
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus)
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work extended hours in varying conditions
