Billing Clerk

• Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and billing adjustments.
• Verify billing data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring payments are properly recorded.
• Follow up on overdue payments and send reminders as needed.
• Assist with administrative and accounting tasks, including month-end closing.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related administrative roles.
• Proficient in accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, JDE) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
