Quality Control Associate

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining quality standards by conducting inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance across materials, products, and processes.

Pay: $18-$22/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct audits and inspections at manufacturing facilities and on-site locations.
• Ensure all processes, equipment, and products meet quality requirements and regulatory standards.
• Analyze quality plans, technical specs, purchase orders, and test reports for adherence to standards.
• Work with clients and suppliers to gather information and manage on-site quality activities.
• Confirm equipment is operational and calibrations are current.
• Follow and maintain SOPs and company quality management programs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, promoting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear, accurate records and communicate updates to management.
