Pay: $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:



  • Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, boring, and grinding equipment (or a 3-ton tandem press)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, production specs, and instructions
  • Select feeds, speeds, and cutting depths based on job requirements
  • Monitor production for accuracy and quality; inspect parts to ensure they meet specs
  • Maintain tools and work area for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency



What You Bring:



  • 3+ years of CNC experience (lathe, mill, boring, grinding, or tandem press)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical documents
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
