Your Role As our newest Product Marketing Manager - Oil Injected Screw, you will be responsible for driving the market penetration, awareness, and sales growth of oil injected screw technology. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, work closely with sales teams, and position Atlas Copco as a leading provider of oil injected compressor solutions in the U.S. market. This role requires technical expertise in compressor technologies coupled with a strong marketing acumen to translate product benefits into compelling value propositions for industrial customers. This position would be based in Rock Hill, SC The work schedule is 40 hours per week (hybrid). This position reports to the Product Marketing Team Manager Key Responsibilities * Promote the development and growth of sales and market share for the 90-500kW Oil Injected Screw product line in the USA. * Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends. * Work closely with the digital marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, webinars, and technical content. * Create marketing collateral, case studies, and value-proposition materials to support the sales process. * Position Atlas Copco's oil injected screw technology as the leader in energy efficiency. * Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research, digital campaigns, and industry networking, then proactively provide these leads to the sales team with relevant insights and strategies to accelerate market penetration. * Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create customer engagement strategies. * Support direct and indirect sales channels in opportunity identification and project specification. * Serve as a subject matter expert on oil injected screw compressors. * Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to align product features with market demands. * Stay updated on industry regulations, energy policies, and government incentives for decarbonization and industrial energy efficiency. * Build knowledge on the competitive landscape and drive the utilization of sales tools ie: AIRchitect, Showpad, etc. * Define a competence development plan based on the as-is situation. * Identify a cascade of potential marketing campaigns to generate high quality leads starting with success stories and best practices. * Responsible for setting pricing strategies for Oil Injected Screw products while taking in account the ever-changing market landscape. * Grow revenue, market share & profitability * Train the sales team according to a set competence development plan both through frequent web & classroom training courses To succeed, you will need
What We Expect from You * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or 4 years related technical and commercial marketing experience with Industrial Air products or other related products * Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders. * Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies. * Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools. * Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events. * Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. * Results driven and self-motivated requiring minimal supervision. * Atlas Copco products knowledge would be an asset.
