We are looking for a Project Manager for a one-year hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR, starting end of November. Candidates who have experience working with construction vendors is a huge plus. You'll drive operational excellence and define the future of project delivery within a dynamic, world-class organization? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join a team dedicated to enhancing program and project management capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping how projects are executed, directly contributing to streamlined processes, efficient resource allocation, and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across various business functions.

Responsibilities

You will be at the heart of defining and implementing robust tools and processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will directly influence the operational efficiency and strategic success of a wide range of organizational projects.

* Collaborate with project sponsors and customers to clearly define business benefits, requirements, and project scope, meticulously managing change control and its impact on project timelines, costs, and quality.

* Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, assign tasks effectively, and rigorously track progress against established timelines.

* Facilitate detailed level-of-effort estimating, define asset acquisition requirements, and meticulously track and report on actual expenditures against financial forecasts.

* Provide expert guidance on project methodologies and best practices, defining and managing project success criteria, and monitoring the realization of project goals.

* Develop and execute robust risk management plans, critically analyzing risks for criticality, probability, and impact, and formulating effective mitigation strategies with clear ownership and actions.

* Gather and translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans.

* Prepare and deliver compelling status updates to diverse stakeholder groups.

* Manage projects from inception to completion, including coordination with external vendors.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant project management experience.

* Proven experience working with large, complex enterprises.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

* Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, manage projects end-to-end, and present clear status updates.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process definition and continuous improvement.
