Summary of the Job:

The Sr. Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data aggregation and reporting architecture for Mainframe Operational tools. This role drives data modeling and reporting efforts by extracting, analyzing, and consolidating information from varied data environments into a single source of truth. The ideal candidate will leverage Power BI, Python, and SQL to build scalable solutions, establish common data structures, and deliver actionable insights that inform key business decisions and client recommendations.

About This Role:

The Sr. Analyst be part of the Client Experience team and will be responsible for mining data to discover key insights and then use these to proactively action on critical business decisions and recommendations for clients. You will also be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data aggregation and reporting architecture for our Mainframe Operational tools as well as monitoring customer health.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company resources to curate data and recommend system efficiencies/upgrades.
  • Develops SQL Queries and Power BI Reports to find trends and patterns on customer's data
  • Extracts Manipulates, and summarizes data to provide business insights and intelligence to internal partners and customers
  • Utilize data and automation to reduce redundancy and manual work
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with market trends past and present
  • Develop, format, and communicate insights from the data into dashboards and/or reports
  • Responsible for monthly KPI reporting
  • Maintain documentation and report updates as business rules and structure evolves
  • Implement and develop reporting and BI standards for new business units
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues during design and implementation of projects
  • Identify and shape potential business process improvement opportunities

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Mainframe environment, specifically scheduling, batch, and production control.
  • 3-5 SQL experience along with familiarity with Broadcom AAI and/or IBM AA
  • 3-5 years experience working with Python, SQL, and Power BI reports
  • Familiarity with data collection software and protocol
  • Familiarity with Service Now preferred
  • Experience integrating new software and programs to data services
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are.
