About the Role:

We are currently looking for a professional with comprehensive client management experience including administrative skills to fill the position of Coordinator.Coordinators are key to orchestrating our customer support including managing various responsibilities and process flow (e.g., application processing, assessment scheduling, assessment deliverable processing, maintaining records including database entry) to support our clients for them to remain in good standing with multiple requirements. The coordinator will interface with clients, assessors, committee members, and other staff to coordinate the delivery of accreditation and assessment services. The coordinator's role must juggle various responsibilities within assigned timelines, requirements, and customer support, with an understanding and care of the importance of maintaining a balance.

This position will be based out of our Fort Wayne IN office.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the coordination of the assessment process to ensure conformance to ISO/IEC 17011.

  • Support of the assessment process that includes communication with client contacts, staff, assessment team members and decision-makers.

  • Participate in and contribute to Operations Unit meetings.

  • Maintain data/records associated with the assessment process.

  • Responsible for processing new CAB application workflows.

  • Review and approval of assessment team member invoices.

  • When authorized, process the approved accreditation application workflow.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Where applicable, participate in the review of applications and the building of assessment teams.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, manage projects and conduct research.

  • Completion of duties in accordance with Operations Unit and company-wide metrics.

  • Participate in internal audits and external evaluations by third parties.

  • Support internal management system findings (e.g., opportunities for improvement and nonconformities) including addressing immediate correction, cause analysis and corrective action related to operations.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Occasional overnight travel.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

    • Proficient keyboarding skills.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and address operational process problems and opportunities.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of relevant (e.g., business, customer service, office environment) experience is required.
