We are hirirng a Strategic Corporate Accounts Manager. This is a remote position.



This role serves as a customer-facing representative focusing efforts on Large Regional and selected national Health Systems/Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and/or GPO Alliances. The successful Manager helps to drives sales growth, develops account strategies, manage executive relationships, and improve overall customer satisfaction at their assigned corporate accounts. The expectation is to increase sales of the overall Draeger portfolio. The Manager will need to leverage our sales and marketing teams, Distribution partners, and GPO relationships, to drive successful growth within targeted systems/IDNs.



  • Coordinate with Directors to prepare thoughtful analysis in determining opportunities for cross-selling / leveraging Draeger portfolio.
  • Cultivate and leverage long-term customer relationships including "D & C" level and Senior VP level relationships, and build network of key advocates within assigned accounts, including committee personnel, and system advocates for Draeger.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of each assigned account. Partners closely with the Area Sales Directors, Regional Managers, and the salesforce to execute a coordinated strategy.
  • Support and implement contracts and agreements. Support to include sales growth programs, field and account coordination, measuring and driving contract compliance, conducting business reviews in collaboration with Sales leadership.
  • Coordinate with Directors to develop a business plan for each assigned account focused on retaining current base and identifying new opportunities. Collaborate with Directors to implement pull-though on IDN strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with selling teams, marketing, customer service, legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives of accounts, ensure seamless execution of business requests and drive successful growth within targeted system/IDNs.
  • Attend meetings on site as required to drive strategy.
  • May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
  • Attend industry and corporate events (trade shows, association meetings, GPO meetings, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in clinical sciences w/related coursework in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of Capital Sales experience in selling multiple modalities or systems requiring multi-departmental negotiations and a degree of project management oversight in resource management
  • Product management and/or Project management experience a plus.
  • Documented history of progressive management with clinical responsibility and budget and departmental review responsibilities a plus
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating "D- & C-Suite" and Senior VP level relationships
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success/results as an individual contributor
  • Possesses knowledge of industry trends, Healthcare Reform, Reimbursement and Payer Sources (Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance)



The compensation includes a base salary of $100,000 plus uncapped commission based on sales performance. On Target Earnings (OTE) are $160,000 annually at 100% of quota, with the potential to exceed this based on individual results.
