We have an exciting opportunity as an Inside Sales Manager which is an integral part of our sales process and our customer intimacy strategy. This successful candidate will lead a sales team focused on capital equipment and aftermarket solutions. This role is responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, developing and executing global sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through parts, service, rebuilds, and upgrades.


Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions of the Job:



  • Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure a high level of customer responsiveness and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to grow aftermarket revenue (parts, service, upgrades).
  • Oversee quotation process, pricing strategies, and order processing.
  • Identify opportunities for product development for machines in the field.
  • Partner with test crew, engineering, and purchasing to coordinate service delivery, parts availability, and appropriate stock levels.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services and components.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to develop a comprehensive machine sale process which includes the proactive identification of commercial spares at purchase.
  • Track sales performance using the CRM and other internal tools; generate regular updates for senior leadership.
  • Analyze sales trends for customer behavior to identify growth areas and adjust strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Continuously improve the CRM tool to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and leverage current capabilities to create more efficient processes.
  • Gather market intelligence to assess market price - report back to the organization and apply appropriate pricing model to ensure margin targets.


  • Establish target sales and margin level goals prior to the beginning of the fiscal year.


  • Develop replacement parts sales forecast, department budgeting, customer programs to enhance part sales, and margin level goals prior to the beginning of the fiscal year.


  • Develop and drive the warranty process for the organization.



Job Requirements:



  • Requires education generally equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Requires 10+ years of relevant manufacturing and customer service experience.
  • Requires 5+ years previous experience leading a global organization.
  • Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, to make metric system conversions, exchange rates, and discount calculations.
  • Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees and customers.
  • Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
