 Minimum of a high school education or GEDTech school diploma and 2 years of experience in related field or equivalent experience in a related field preferred (familiarity with Rockwell and Allen Bradley components)Electrical/ Controls experience may include plant power distribution, plant equipment controls and plant electrical supportLicensed Journeyman preferredExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred Physical requirements: 
 Must be able to lift up-to 50lbsMust be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting over surfacesAbility to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platformsAbility to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net, and gloves when requiredWilling and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environmentAbility to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditionsWilling to work around industrial high-speed moving machineryAbility to work with allergens that might be present in a food environmentNeed to be able to work in a tobacco free environmentGood understanding of electrical safety (low & high voltage), including arc flash trainingAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, and occasionally update themMust posses' advance knowledge of PLC's, SLC's, Logix 5000, as well as accompanying hardware componentsAbility to troubleshoot and repair issues with drives, sensors, measuring devices, and motors COMPANY OVERVIEW
