| The Regional Media & Marketing Manager will be responsible for Tier 2 (Ad Group) Planning and Strategy within the Midwest Region, with the goal of maximizing the effectiveness of the regional Advertising Association funds. The candidate will be the primary liaison between the regional management team and the Ad Group partner agency. The RMM will lead the development, implementation, presentation and optimization of all Ad Group media plans within the Midwest Region. These plans will be inclusive of the following media tactics: Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows and Events. Plans will be presented quarterly to the Ad Groups for dealer concurrence before implementation (presentations will rotate between in-person and virtual). This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be based out of the Midwest Region. Basic Qualifications:
