As an important member of the QA team, you'll lead audits, improve projects, and guide teams toward the best manufacturing and distribution practices. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of quality systems and make a measurable impact across multiple departments.

Your Location: Mt. Olive, NJ - Onsite
You'll Report to: Quality Assurance Manager

You Will:



  • Help implement Quality Assurance, GMP, and GDP strategies to ensure compliance, legality, and product safety.
  • Lead and implement assigned quality assurance projects and internal audit programs, including managing CAPA processes.
  • Review and maintain QMS documentation while providing interpretation of policies, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Assess and audit external service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
  • Provide quality-related and induction training to site staff, including coaching junior QA officers and auditors.
  • Lead investigations into non-conformances and make batch release decisions for process deviations.
  • Analyze quality and performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement approved corrective actions.
  • Promote a quality culture across the site by working cross-functionally, engaging in floor walks, and participating in team meetings.


Your Profile Includes:



  • Vocational Diploma in a relevant technical field; a university degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar QA role, with 1-2 years of coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems principles (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using computer-based Management Systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, and related business processes.
  • Lead change, form relationships, and lead quality and process improvement projects.


Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $84,000k - 100,000k annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.
