Trust Operations Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Trust Operations Specialist with our client in the financial services industry. This is a 3-month contract position and is hybrid remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  Account Lifecycle Management: Execute the end-to-end operational processes for trust accounts, including the accurate opening of new accounts in the trust administration system, completing all related paperwork, and initiating the funding process.

  Account Termination & Closing: Process the closing and de-funding of trust accounts, ensuring all necessary waivers and releases are received and properly executed.

  Client & Advisor Support: Respond to and fulfill information requests from clients, advisors, and internal partners, adhering strictly to established trust bank procedures and approval protocols.

  
  
• 
  

  Financial Processing & Reconciliation: Support daily cash processing, fee processing, and distributions. Perform critical reconciliation of Trust and DDA (Demand Deposit Account) accounts to ensure data accuracy.

  Data Integrity & Quality Control: Actively participate in quality control measures to support trust administration and maintain account data integrity, which is essential for client retention and satisfaction.

  Systems Management: Establish and terminate interfaces with all feeder and satellite systems used in trust administration.

  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in an operational, financial, or administrative role.

Compensation: $25 - 28 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.
