Role Summary: The Director, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, driving talent strategies that align with organizational goals. This role will lead HR support for business units, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and employee relations. A key responsibility will be leading integrations for acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions for employees, harmonization of policies, and cultural alignment. The Director, HRBP will work cross-functionally to enhance the employee experience and drive high performance across the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at driving business impact through people strategies, and has a passion for leading successful acquisition integrations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and solutions on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, policy harmonization, and employee engagement.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
- Oversee and advise on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values and policies.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR programs that support company objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless HR service delivery.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating risk to the organization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural and operational transitions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving change management initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex HR initiatives effectively.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. This role is eligible for bonus/commission, and the range below is inclusive of those targets.
