FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation's real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 3,300 units in the development process throughout Florida.


OVERVIEW

FCI Residential is looking for an Operations Learning Specialist to join our property management team at our corporate office based in Boca Raton. This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance operational performance across our multifamily portfolio. The role combines expertise in property operations with a specialization in learning and development, serving as a key resource for both new and existing employees. Strong, current working knowledge of RealPage products is required. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide training and support for core systems (RealPage, ILoveLeasing, Grace Hill), workflows, and policies to ensure efficiency and consistency.





  • Onboard and train new employees on standard operating procedures.





  • Lead engaging onsite and online sessions on property operations, customer service, compliance, and system usage.





  • Create and update training materials for multifamily operations.





  • Analyze current operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.





  • Monitor metrics and suggest training to improve occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and expense control.





  • Support RealPage applications with user setup, testing, upgrades, and rollouts.





  • Visit sites to reinforce standards, assess training needs, and offer hands-on assistance.





  • Keep up with industry trends and regulations to enhance programs and introduce innovative solutions.





  • Recommend operational improvements using RealPage, automation, and reporting tools.





  • Help the Operations Manager plan and coordinate business initiatives.






  • Perform other related duties as needed.



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination and experience required.





  • At least three years of recent multifamily property management operations experience and three years using property management software, preferably RealPage.





  • Must be capable of training property management procedures and providing technical support.





  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and troubleshooting technology issues.





  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with users at all levels.





  • Proficiency in project management.





  • Strong communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.





  • Detail-oriented, self-starter able to meet deadlines, solve problems, manage time, and improve processes with minimal supervision.

  • Boca Raton (South Florida - property visits as needed)
