Position Title: Sanitation Technician Wage: $20.75/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:30 pm - 00:30 am Monday to Thursday Join a clean, safe, and dynamic work environment as a Sanitation Technician on 2nd/3rd shift! In this essential role, you'll help maintain top-tier sanitary conditions throughout the facility, ensuring production areas meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards. Working under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor, you'll perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including floor scrubbing, room changeovers, and general custodial duties. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Sanitation Technician Responsibilities: - Perform sanitation duties as required by the Master Cleaning Schedule. - Carry out general custodial tasks. - Complete room cleaning during product changeovers. - Conduct nightly cleaning of floors and other assigned areas. - Strictly follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures. - Accurately record information as required. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements for Sanitation Technician: - High School Diploma with 1+ year of experience in a similar role. - 2+ years of relevant experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment, preferably dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals. - Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly during the shift. - Ability to safely use ladders while following all safety procedures.
