Quality Packaging Lead Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm) Pay: $22-$23/hr (Based on experience) We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Packaging Lead to oversee first-shift packaging operations. This role ensures all finished products are packaged, sealed, labeled, and staged according to company quality and safety standards. Job Description: Assign and monitor daily tasks for Packaging Associates to meet deadlines and production goals. Coach and train new and existing team members on proper packaging procedures, quality standards, and safety practices. Inspect products for accuracy in packaging and labeling prior to release for Quality Inspection and Shipping. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain efficient packaging operations. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot packaging machinery including sealers, labelers, and palletizers; escalate major issues as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Minimum 2-3 years in packaging or warehouse roles, including leadership experience. Prior experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, FDA Part 820) preferred. Proficient in reading work orders and quality specifications.
