Application Support Analyst - Intermediate (Corbin)

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Support Analyst - Intermediate to join their team in Corbin, KY. This position is hybrid and requires regular local travel and in-person attendance to the office.

Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes for Baptist and Connect Sites. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system user personalization, testing, training, and support. Training will include instructor led classroom, and virtual training for multiple applications and user roles. Support will include phone and email, as well as onsite at the elbow support for multiple applications and user roles. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Under supervision may act as project coordinator on projects that may or may not have system-wide implications.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and two years related experience, or two years' direct healthcare experience in lieu of a degree.

• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.
