Description

The Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) is seeking to hire an experiencedFidelity Review Support Analyst to play a key role in advancing statewide behavioral health initiatives, including the California ACT/FACT Center of Excellence (COE). This position supports fidelity review activities, coordinates collaboration among counties and ACT/FACT teams, and helps develop tools and processes that strengthen program implementation across California.

The ideal candidate has experience in public or behavioral health services, strong organizational and communication skills, and a talent for translating data and observations into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and support fidelity reviews with ACT/FACT teams across California.
  • Co-facilitate meetings and maintain communication with county partners, PMHP staff, and stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables, manage documentation, and assist in developing tools and reports to monitor fidelity and outcomes.
  • Synthesize data and observations to inform statewide implementation strategies and improvement processes.
  • Contribute to reports, presentations, and manuscripts highlighting program progress and best practices.
  • Support long-term planning and cross-county collaboration to strengthen ACT/FACT fidelity and sustainability.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the statewide advancement of evidence-based community mental health programs and to shape the ongoing growth of California's ACT/FACT initiatives.

Hourly range: $29.17-$56.37
Qualifications

Required:




  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, demonstrating professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to work independentlywith minor oversight
  • Ability to communicate complex information to people with varying levels of education and training and different learning styles
  • Demonstrated command of Microsoft Office,Google Suite, and/or other major collaboration platforms and applications
  • Skill in keeping accurate records with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to develop rapport and work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds


Preferred:



  • Education or experience in sociology, psychology, public health, or related behavioral health field
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to clinics and agency sites throughout California
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct resourceful problem solving
